1. Student Counseling & Conversion Counsel students and parents about various courses and entrance exams (NEET, JEE, Foundation, etc.) offered by Aakash. Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into admissions. Explain course structures, features, benefits, and fee structures in detail to prospective students and guardians. 2. Admission Process Management Coordinate the end-to-end admission process: form filling, fee collection, data entry, and issuance of receipts. Maintain accurate records of student data, admission forms, and supporting documents. Generate and submit daily/weekly admission reports to the management. 3. Lead Follow-up & Outreach Manage leads from various sources (digital, tele-calling, walk-ins, referrals, etc.) and ensure timely follow-up. Center Coordination & Support Work closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for students.
